Cicis Pizza

The Busy Street Cici’s in Richmond is one of the best Cici’s I’ve visited ! I had the opportunity to eat here with my son and we really really enjoyed it . My son has taken his kids here a couple times and they’ve always enjoyed it . The pizza here at this location just tasted better . It was fresher and the vegetables and toppings tasted better. Also , the friendly staff is a big plus. The young man Brian and the manager Martin are great people, you can tell they care . Thank you for a great experience

This place is usually a good go to for a quick, filling meal that won't break the bank. However, the last few times we have gone I have noticed specifically the salad area just does not look fresh. The lettuce always looks like it is browning and the toppings just aren't what they used to be. We also miss when they had the diced ham and eggs you could top the salad with. The pizza is always great though, just disappointed in the salads lately. That said, service is always excellent and the place is always clean. ****UPDATE: The food has looked much better the last couple of times we have gone, particularly the lettuce for salad. The staff are still amazing. This last trip there Brian was very helpful. He was making sure everything was clean and cleaning tables off quickly. He did so with a smile on his face and was happy to take away dishes from tables.

Great pizza, you can request it when paying how you want it made at buffet and they will make it for you as you like. Positive atmosphere, great people with smiles, and genuine helpfulness and pleasurable dining experiences. Families come in regularly sharing pleasing dining enjoyment. Managers are focused definitely on your needs and willingness to go that extra step. Fun for everyone. Try and you will love this location.

This isn't going to be cruise control for their carry out service, is it? I ordered a large pizza, got what looks like half a large and half a medium. Last year right around the holidays, I placed a large online order around $45 because both google and the cici's app said this location was open. I arrived at the store when the app said the food was done and it was closed. I called 2 days later and even emailed corporate about the charge but it was never reversed and I was never reimbursed. I still buy from here because most of the time the order is correct and it's affordable.
